Hello Everyone,

I wanted to share this video with you.  It is produced by Advent Conspiracy.  They encourage people to Worship Fully, Spend Less, Give More, and Love All during Advent and Christmas.  They focus on spending less on gifts and giving more to help bring clean water to people through Living Water International.  If you wanted you could replace water with any hunger initiative or malaria cause or anything else.

Advent Conspiracy is an inspiring story. I have shared it with the congregation I serve in Pendleton, OR.  This year I included AC in a line up of "Christmas giving that makes a difference" article in our October newsletter, along with ELCA Good Gifts catalog and fair Trade catalogs. Thanks, Jeremy, for highlighting alternative giving that can make a difference in the lives of others. The goat, pigs, chicks and mosquito nets given me are blessing others, and I don't have to tend them!
