Interim Ministry, Oregon Synod

The Oregon Synod is committed to send congregations in transition trained interim pastors to help them navigate the call process.  Interim pastors help congregations talk and listen to one another, self define their mission, and discern pastors and other leaders with the gifts to move the mission forward. We are in a new reformation, which makes this transition so crucial for the future of local congregations.
