Occupy Tomorrow

Occupy Tomorrow is a project of mutual aid, community action, and resource sharing. We are here to help you find your place in the occupy movement. We know that many feel excited by the movement but alienated from the occupations themselves. You do not have to set up a tent, or march in the streets to be part of this movement. If you dream of a more just, beautiful, peaceful world, you are already a part this movement.

We empower ordinary people to reach out to their families, freinds, congregations, and neighbors, and begin a dialogue. The topic is simple. What kind of world do we want to live in? How can we begin to build that world in our community?

Once a group decides how it wants to get involved, it can reach out to other people in our growing network for support, resources, and information. This way, groups can act autonomously, working on issues they care most about, while accessing our collective resources collaboratively. There is no hierarchy. If we find we have similar goals (and we almost always do) we combine forces. If we identify a need in one group and a surplus in another, we unite them. 

And as we work, we encourage our members to reach out to the people they care about. Doing this, our numbers, our resources, and our opportunities are growing by the day. One day at a time, we will Occupy Tomorrow.
