Celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord in the Festive Worship at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church.  Wonder at the darkness of The Good Friday Cross as it is transformed into a bouquet of beauty as we place flowers in transformation of the cross

Reflection on Ash Wednesday

It’s 10:15p.m. February 22nd, 2012. In my world of liturgical Christianity… Ash Wednesday.  My day started with the setting of the table, turning on the heat and lights, preparing the worship space at 5:30a.m.  So, why am I here nearly 17 hours later?  Easter.
