younger generation

I was reading the mission statement of WELCA on the home page and it occurred to me that it would probably not be inviting to anyone not yet a part of it. I was wondering if there might be a "sustainability" element to it that would encourage a younger generation of members. How might the women of the ELCA be mentors to young women in today's society? What skills and wisdom do we have to pass on to younger generations of women and how can we do that? I have a bunch of ideas but I'm not sure it fits under the mission of WELCA. What are your thoughts about this?
